SALES ASSISTANT
Urbandale Construction is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our sales consultants. In this role you will:
- Greet visitors at the Sales Centre
- Take visitors on tours of Urbandale Construction’s beautiful model homes
- Guide prospective home buyers through the customer journey process

Marketing Coordinator
For more than 40 years, Urbandale Construction has built some of Ottawa’s most respected homes and communities. We are known for thoughtful design, high-performance construction and a commitment to building homes the right way.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver effective, well-organized marketing across Urbandale’s communities and product lines.
This hands-on role combines marketing coordination with design and production execution. Working closely with the Director, Sales, Marketing & Product Development, Assistant Marketing Manager, sales teams, internal departments, agencies and suppliers, the Marketing Coordinator helps keep marketing projects on time, on budget and focused on their objectives.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and take pride in getting the details right.
