Urbandale wins three Greater Ottawa Homebuilder Sammy Awards
We are honoured that Urbandale Construction was recognized with 3 awards at the Greater Ottawa Homebuilders Association Sales and Marketing Awards.
We received awards for Best Builder Website, Best Environmental Model Home, and Most Innovative Marketing Display.
The Best Environmental Model home was for our new Horizon Model “The Sunny Brea” The model is built to R-200 home standards and beyond R-2000 by including features such as dual flush toilets, CFL bulbs in all pots and bathrooms and equipped with a Control 4 smart home system. This controls light settings, heating, (saving on energy costs) as well as multi-media equipment and security through mobile devices. Read more about The Sunny Brea ins this weekend Ottawa Citizen.
