New Model Homes Grand Opening!

Urbandale Horizon Single Family Homes

We have now released our Horizon Collection of Single Family home designs on 35′ lots in the community of Bridlewood.  Come view the new model homes from the collection on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 upon our Sales Centre opening at noon.  They are located across from the Sales Centre at 200 Waymark Crest on Bridgestone Dr.

Based on our successful Horizon Collection townhomes, these single family homes were inspired by the horizon, where the earth meets the sky, and and a symbol of exploration and possibility. They feature modern designed exteriors with linear elements to represent the Horizon such as sharp straight lines and windows grouped in horizontal bands. These external parallel lines integrate well with open concept floor plans that allow room to move, providing a chance to explore the possibilities available to you in your new Urbandale R-2000 Single family home.

Launching the Horizon Collection

URB_horz_header

Urbandale Constructions new collection of townhomes was inspired by the horizon, where the earth meets the sky, and the line that explorers set sail in the pursuit to discover new open spaces.
The Horizon represents infinity, but it also represents the future – a new day, a new area to explore, and new possibilities for an enhanced life.

Architecturally, the collection features modern designed exteriors with linear elements to represent the Horizon such as sharp straight lines and windows grouped in horizontal bands. These external parallel lines integrate well with open concept floor plans that allow room to move, providing a chance to explore the possibilities available to you in your new Urbandale home.

Our new Horizon Collection of Townhomes was inspired by the idea of exploration and possibility. It is appropriately named after explorers who were of independent mind and not afraid to take chances to achieve their dreams and goals.

The interior floor plans are based off our popular California series but updated to incorporate new ideas such as squared off kitchen areas, basement laundry options, and upper level computer nooks. We have also added a completely new design – The Franklin.
